運費說明： 滿 HK$500免運費 *東涌，山頂，離島偏遠地區除外*，未滿 HK$500可以選擇順豐冷凍到付。離島-附加 HK$150（青衣，愉景灣，馬灣，大嶼山，長洲，南丫島及坪洲）
• A 時段：09:00 – 13:00
• B 時段：13:00 – 17:00
• C 時段：17:00 – 19:00
* 備注：星期日及公眾假期不設時段派送
- 送貨前司機會提前聯絡客戶送貨及大概抵達時間，請客戶留意電話來電、保持電話暢通以便收取貨品。
- 由於我們C&E是售賣新鮮及急凍或冰鮮食材，因此若然客戶未能在約定時間收貨，請諒解食物不設退換及不能安排重新發貨。
- 如若客户要求我們把貨品放在管理處或是客户指定地點，送貨後客戶需自行負責食物變壞或是貨品被竊之風險。
- 客戶在收貨時，請點算清楚所下單貨品數量，如有漏單或任何問題，務必於二十四小時內通知我們。
- 若需要更改送貨地址，請提前1個工作天時間通知我們。
- 如若遇上天氣、交通、或路面情況其他因素而暫停或延期，我們會立刻通知客戶並另作安排。
- 若送貨地址沒有升降機或免費停車位置，客戶需自行到地面/閘口收貨。
- 如有任何問題，C&E保留最終取消訂單的權利。
每天截單時間為下午6:00
下午6:00前下單後最快可於第二個工作天收貨

Shipping Policy Shipping instructions:
Free shipping for orders over $500 *Except for Tung Chung, The Peak, and outlying Islands*, Less than $500 we can ship the order freight collect via SF Express Frozen Service.
Outlying Islands – Additional HK$150 (Tsing Yi, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island & Peng Chau)
The following periods are for reference only, and actual deliver time depends on the situation of the day
• Session A: 09:00 – 13:00
• Period B: 13:00 – 17:00
• Period C: 17:00 – 19:00
* Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
The driver will contact the customer in advance for the delivery and approximate arrival time before delivery, please pay attention to the phone calls and keep the phone open to collect the order.
Since our C&E sells fresh and frozen or chilled ingredients, if the customer fails to receive the goods at the appointed time, please understand that the food cannot be returned or re-delivered. If the customer asks us to put the order in the management office or the place designated by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for the risk of food spoilage or stolen after delivery.
When the customer receives the order, please check the quantity of the ordered goods. If there is any missing order or any problem, you must notify us within 24 hours.
If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us 1 working day in advance.
If it is suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, or road conditions, we will notify the customer immediately and make other arrangements.
If the delivery address does not have a lift or free parking space, customers need to go to the ground/gate to collect the goods by themselves.
If there are any problems, C&E reserves the right to cancel the order eventually.
The daily cut-off time is 6:00 pm
If the order is placed before 6:00 pm, you may able receive the goods as earliest as the next working day
